Order Confirmation: All orders placed on our website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Bywafzein. Custom marble pieces require additional consultation and confirmation before production begins.

Custom Orders: Many of our pieces are made to order. Custom marble pieces may take 2-4 weeks for completion depending on complexity. We will provide estimated delivery times during the order process.

Returns and Exchanges: Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our marble pieces, we do not accept returns on custom orders. For in-stock items, exchange requests are applicable within 3 days of receiving the product. Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact for exchange eligibility.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. Custom orders cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Shipping: We aim to process and dispatch ready-to-ship orders within 3 business days. Custom orders have longer processing times as detailed during order confirmation. Shipping times may vary based on location and product complexity.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event of receiving damaged or defective marble pieces, please contact us immediately with photos for assessment and resolution.

Cancellation Policy: Standard orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders can be canceled within 48 hours, after which production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.

Custom Order Consultations: For custom pieces, we may require additional consultations, measurements, or specifications. Custom order pricing will be confirmed before production begins.

Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. Custom pieces are made to order and availability depends on production capacity.
